Chairman of the Board
Olav Fjell is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has held a number of leading positions in Norwegian corporates, including President and CEO in Statoil. Mr. Fjell has retired from executive positions and is currently serving on the non-executive boards of nine companies.
Karen Sund is a strategic and commercial advisor to the oil and gas industry, with 20 years' experience. She has worked internationally as an advisor with consulting companies in Singapore, London and Oslo, and is now based in Oslo with Eclipse Energy Group. She has a master's degree in business, specialising in international management and petroleum economics from the Norwegian School of Management.
Erik Klausen has experience from senior managerial positions in multinational companies in the oil and gas industry. Experience includes newstart companies and business development. Former positions include Vice President in Aker Corporation, Managing Director in companies such as Aker John Brown AS, Consafe/Prosafe, IGL Oil & Gas AS and Vienco Oil & Gas Ltd. He is partner in Interforum Partners AS, and has directorships in other companies. He is a graduate from Heriot Watt University in Civil Engineering with postgraduate studies in management and economics.
Hege Wullum works as Senior Project Manager M&A/Digital Development in Mecom Europe AS. She has worked as Market Manager in N3sport AS. She also has international experience from the oil and gas industry through positions in the Gas sales department for Norsk Hydro and as an advisor in The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. She graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and has an executive MBA, specialising in brand management.
Nirav Dagli is a managing partner at SPINNAKER LLC, a business consulting firm specializing in mergers & acquisitions, business engineering and analytics for Fortune 1000 corporations and private equity clients. He has 20 year of experience advising senior executive management on performance improvement strategy and execution. Previously, he was a partner at Oliver Wyman where he led projects in strategy development, M&A support and integration. He has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Signal Processing at Boston University. In the US, he serves as the chairman of the board of directors at the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont. He also serves on the board of trustees at the Boston Children's Museum.
